Bot Libre Desktop does not currently support a user interface for training or scripting a bot.
You can train your bot new responses using the "correction" feature in chat.
The code fully supports response lists and scripts, just not the UI, so you can use the open source project to import scripts into your bot if you are a programmer.
We plan to add UI support for training and scripting in the future.
